Christian J. Pugsley, Co-Founder

With over 20 years of healthcare experience including 8 years as a U.S. Army Healthcare Specialist with three combat deployments, Christian Pugsley has served as a Senior Cardiac and Vascular Sonography Technologist at Medstar Good Samaritan Hospital and Upper Chesapeake Health. He is a member of The American Society of Echocardiography and the 82nd Airborne Division Association, with extensive military medical training and over 15 years as a Nationally Registered EMT.

Michael L. Pugsley, Co-Founder

Michael Pugsley served as a Motor Transport Operator in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he managed tactical vehicle fleets and executed critical logistics operations. Certified in JLTV, HMMWV, and heavy truck operations, he maintained rigorous safety standards while transporting personnel and hazardous materials.

Raymond Ramthun, Chief of Staff

Raymond Ramthun is a Virginia Tech alumni with experience in compliance management and leadership. Additionally, he has worked with multiple international non-profits ensuring government compliance and managing stakeholder relations.
