Keith Gallagher, FACHE
Keith Gallagher, Brigadier General (Ret), USA, is a seasoned healthcare leader with extensive experience. He served in the 82nd Airborne Division and held key roles, including Commanding General of regional medical commands in Europe and the Pacific. During multiple deployments, including Operations Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom, Keith implemented the first-ever Trauma Registry in Iraq, contributing to a 94% survival rate. After retiring, he improved patient outcomes as a leader in the Memorial Healthcare System and Wake Spine and Pain Specialists. Now, as a Board Secretary for Operation Motorsport, he helps provide therapeutic recovery for disabled veterans through motorsport racing, while also supporting his community as the Lions’ Second Vice District Governor-elect.


Lynn Welling, MD, FACEP
Dr. Welling, MD, FACEP, is a Senior Advisor at THEO Executive Group, LLC. Previously he held positions as Regional Chief Clinical Officer at Swedish Health, Chief Medical Officer at Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center, Commanding Officer Naval Hospital Jacksonville, and Commanding Officer Naval Medical Expeditionary Facility Kuwait.


Lawrence R. Whitehurst, MD, FAAFP
Col. Whitehurst, Medical Director at Wellspring Health Services, is an ABFM Diplomate with training in Aviation and Occupational Medicine. A 30-year Air Force and Army veteran, he taught at UVA, UND, and USUHS, including military medical schools. He commanded four military medical units and served overseas as a community health director and senior Space Force physician.


Bill Osborne
Bill Osborne’s dedication to delivering exceptional healthcare to veterans is shaped by his service as a Combat Engineer in the Marine Corps and over 20 years of hands-on experience in respiratory therapy, critical care transport, and home care as a Right at Home agency owner. A licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and Adult Critical Care Specialist (RRT-ACCS), he applies this expertise to meet veterans’ unique needs. Bill enables compassionate, high-quality care, honoring veterans’ sacrifices by improving their health and well-being.
